About the Company

A stealth-stage fintech building credit infrastructure for Europe's middle market. Their proprietary underwriting engine operates across 26 markets, doing origination, structuring, and credit management in places traditional lenders can't reach.

They've just closed a large angel round and are building toward a Q4 launch. They are a lean team, with strong backing from some of Europe's premier VCs and investors.

They're hiring a Fullstack AI Engineer with linguistics knowledge someone who's obsessed with language, builds fast, and ships things people actually use.

What You'll Work On

• Multilingual document intelligence: LLM/NLP pipelines that extract and structure financial data from loan applications and borrower docs across European languages
• Underwriting automation: AI-assisted workflows that surface key signals from messy unstructured data: company filings, financial statements, regional business reports
• Operator and borrower interfaces: clean, fast product surfaces that make complex credit workflows feel simple
• Agentic tooling: agent harnesses and agentic systems that power KYC automation

Who They're Looking For

• You've shipped fullstack products from end-end
• Strong typescript experience
• Experience building AI agents from the ground up
• Strong open source contributions or fully functional applications
• Linguistics experience
• Bonus: Knowledge of financial systems and markets
• Bonus: Experience with buildign and training ML models
