Program Manager

Job Title: Programme Manager (Only Banking experience preferred)

Duration: long-term contract (Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid (x2-3 days to London)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives across DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure domains for a major Tier 1 bank in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes across cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure streams.
• Work closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage roadmaps, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Engage senior stakeholders, provide clear reporting, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee vendor delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager within large-scale financial services or enterprise environments.
• Strong background in DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Infrastructure programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-year transformation programmes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments.
