Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Advisor – eCommerce Marketplaces 1-year fixed-term contract

Location: Easily commutable from Stoke-on-Trent (ST6), Newcastle-under-Lyme, Crewe (CW2), Sandbach, Alsager, Congleton, Nantwich.

What you’ll do

• Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels
• Manage orders, returns, replacements and account updates
• Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues
• Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes
• Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging
• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and webchat

What you’ll bring

• Strong customer service background
• Experience with Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or eCommerce
• Confident communicator with great listening skills
• Strong IT skills (CRM, MS Office, online systems)
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results
