IT Support Engineer

Job Title: IT Support Engineer Location: Hybrid (4 days in our office in Ramsgate, 1 day from home- when schedules allows) *Salary: £26,910 per annum + up to £6,000 performance bonus + EO profit share Job Type: Full time/permanent

Job Overview: You'll deliver client installations as part of agreed projects, ranging from individual PC setups to full VoIP roll outs, using strong technical skills to minimise disruption. The role includes both remote work and visits to client sites, with attendance at pre and post implementation meetings as required.

Duties include:

  • You will install and implement solutions for clients as part of defined project work.

  • Projects can vary from a single PC installation through to a full VoIP roll out.

  • You'll use your advanced technical skills to complete installations efficiently, with minimal disruption to the client's business.

  • This role will involve a mix of remote delivery and on-site installations at client locations.

  • You may also be required to attend pre and post project meetings with the client.

This role requires 2+ year's experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry and the ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 2 industry-leading and up to date technical accreditation's.
