The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, people-focused individual to develop their career in project co-ordination within a purpose-driven, mission-led foundation.
Working closely with the Digital Community & Social Media Manager, you will support the smooth onboarding of clients and the successful delivery of custom community apps. You will help keep projects moving, ensure clear communication across teams, and play a key role in delivering work that aligns with our values and vision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting client onboarding by gathering information and ensuring. documentation is complete.
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients during onboarding.
- Coordinating delivery timelines for custom community app builds.
- Tracking tasks, deadlines and dependencies.
- Maintaining clear and accurate project records.
- Working closely with designers and developers to support efficient builds.
- Supporting testing and quality assurance.
- Contributing to process improvements and better ways of working.
