Sales Director
Location: Remote - but will be required to travel to the Company's offices in Derby a minimum of once a month (some overseas travel will be required)Salary: £80,000 - £140,000 per annum OTE Hours: Full timeKappture Ltd is looking to recruit a Sales Director. As the Sales Director you will lead from the front, shaping strategy, setting standards and being the visible face of Kappture to Contract Caterers and enterprise clients across the UK.Your focus will be on winning high-value EPOS business, expanding key accounts and driving sustained revenue growth. You will bring deep industry knowledge, credibility with senior decision-makers and the confidence to convert your network into commercial opportunities. This is a senior commercial leadership position with autonomy, visibility and influence across the organisation. You will work closely with the B&I sales team to drive performance while strengthening Kappture’s presence and reputation within the sector.What you’ll do:-
- Lead, own and deliver the B&I sector sales strategy to achieve significant new business and profitability targets.
- Act as the face of Kappture’s B&I proposition, representing the company with confidence to senior stakeholders and Contract Caterers.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients, using industry insight and credibility to open doors and secure strategic wins.
- Design and execute initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term value.
- Communicate Kappture’s solutions with clarity through proposals, presentations and senior-level engagements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing shifts to influence strategy and commercial positioning.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from first contact through solution design, commercial negotiation and closing.
- Maintain CRM governance and pipeline quality with high forecasting accuracy.
- Support, coach and elevate the B&I sales team, raising performance and capability.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Represent Kappture at industry events, forums and networking groups, strengthening our sector presence.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates.
- Degree (or equivalent) in business administration, marketing or related field (Equivalent vocational experience will be considered.)
- MBA or equivalent would be advantageous
- Extensive sales experience in an Enterprise EPOS, ideally with proven exposure to contract catering, FM providers or large multi-site environments
- Demonstrable success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the EPOS or related payments technology sector.
- Proven record delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from strategy to close.
- Experience growing enterprise accounts while driving new business acquisition.
- Track record of being the visible lead for a sales function or sector vertical.
- Confident decision-maker capable of operating at pace with minimal information.
- Persuasive and credible with senior stakeholders and large decision-making groups.
- Long-term strategic thinker who can also deliver immediate commercial outcomes.
- Clear, logical communicator capable of presenting complex information simply.
