We are currently working with a large UK consumer business that is investing heavily in its digital capability, particularly around how it performs across both traditional search and emerging AI driven discovery.

They are looking to appoint an SEO & AI Search Manager to lead how the brand is surfaced, understood, and cited across search engines and generative platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of SEO, content, and AI.

The focus is on driving high intent organic visibility, improving how content is interpreted by search and AI engines, and delivering measurable impact on traffic, pipeline, and revenue.

The role will involve:

• Driving organic growth across high intent, revenue generating search terms

• Shaping SEO strategy across both traditional search and AI driven environments

• Leading keyword strategy, content gap analysis, and on page optimisation

• Improving how the brand is interpreted through structured data and entity optimisation

• Tracking performance across SEO and AI visibility metrics

• Conducting competitive analysis across search and generative platforms

• Working closely with product, paid, and digital teams to align activity
