Senior Marketing Executive
**Onsite role with potential for one day a week working from home
A growing B2B technology business in Coventry is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive to support its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on role with strong commercial visibility. Marketing is expected to contribute to pipeline and revenue, not just activity, and you will play a central role in that.
The position will focus on delivering and optimising lead generation activity, working closely with sales to ensure marketing is driving both volume and quality of opportunity.
You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, content and email, with a particular focus on CRM, marketing automation and conversion.
What we are looking for
• B2B marketing experience, ideally within a tech or technical environment
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• Comfortable owning campaigns end to end, from planning through to optimisation
• Commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how marketing supports revenue
• Confident using data and insight to improve performance
