Account Manager – Existing Accounts

Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid)

Reports To: Sales Manager

My client is an IT Managed Services organisation, and Value Added Reseller of Cyber Security Services. We're looking for an Account Manager who has ideally worked with an IT MSP / Microsoft Partner or Cyber Security Vendor.

Role

We are looking for a candidate who can manage between 80–100 existing customers with a clear focus on driving revenue growth. Priority is selling Managed Cyber Security services, alongside upsell and cross-sell of the wider portfolio (connectivity, cloud, IT). This is a commercial role — building pipeline and closing revenue, not just managing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow 80–100 accounts
  • Drive cyber revenue (primary focus)
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build pipeline and convert consistently
  • Act as the commercial lead for customers
  • Hit revenue and KPI targets

Requirements (Non-Negotiable )

  • 3+ years’ experience in IT / Cyber / Managed Services sales
  • Strong Microsoft experience (M365 / Azure / licensing)
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts

Success

  • Consistent cyber pipeline and wins
  • Clear revenue growth from the customer base
  • Delivery against monthly targets
