Administration Apprentice

You will provide direct support across the entity, blended with administrative needs to supply chain, transportation & general facility management. Gaining a Level 3 qualification through this apprenticeship, experience will be provided in each department.

Role

  • Extensive inductions with each member of the Country Management Team, providing an in-depth business knowledge
  • Working with the Warehouse Manager to support customs transport administration
  • SAP training
  • Working with the supply chain to assist with planning, reporting & forecasting
  • Working with IT to update & maintain the Yodeck (TV Screens) displays throughout the site
  • Working with the facility manager to ensure the facilities at the Bicester site are maintained
  • Ensuring day-to-day facility benefits, including vending machine & coffee machines, are maintained
  • Placing orders & maintaining stock for office & cleaning supplies as required
  • Directing correspondence to the correct department/individuals
  • Assisting the HR Manager & Cleaning Operative with events on site, such as customer visits, corporate visits & company events, including catering, meeting rooms & event activities
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training

Training

Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
