Senior Full Stack Engineer (Product-Focused)

London (5 days onsite) | £120,000–£150,000 + Equity

They've built a product customers genuinely depend on, achieved strong commercial traction, and are now looking for exceptional engineers who want to own products end-to-end rather than simply execute tickets.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where requirements are handed down from product managers and engineers operate in silos.

You'll work directly with users, understand problems firsthand, design solutions, write code, and measure the impact of what you've built.

You'll help shape the future of a product already being used by major enterprise customers and contribute to solving complex real-world problems using modern AI systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and shipping full-stack features from concept through to production
• Working directly with customers to understand workflows and pain points
• Designing scalable systems and product architecture
• Building AI-powered user experiences and workflows
• Collaborating closely with founders and senior leadership on product direction
• Making high-impact technical decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Taking ownership of problems, not just tasks

We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development experience
• Excellent TypeScript skills
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js or similar)
• Experience building backend systems (Node.js, NestJS or similar)
• Strong product intuition and customer empathy
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
