Business Administration Apprentice
Start your career with Hugo Technology as a Business Administration Apprentice, help keep the business running smoothly by supporting admin tasks, internal coordination, customer or supplier communication, document management, scheduling, and basic reporting.
Role
- General administration would be a core part of the role. This could include maintaining records, updating spreadsheets or internal systems, filing documents, preparing meeting notes, organising folders, and keeping information accurate and up to date.
- Team support would likely involve helping different departments with routine tasks. For example, the apprentice might support operations, finance, sales, customer service, HR, or project teams depending on where help is needed.
- Communication tasks could include responding to emails, answering basic queries, arranging meetings, taking messages, speaking with suppliers or customers, and ensuring information gets passed to the right person.
- Process and system support may include learning how Hugo manages workflows, customer records, invoices, orders, projects, or internal requests. Over time, the apprentice could help improve simple admin processes and make team coordination more efficient.
- Meeting and diary support could involve booking meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and following up with colleagues after meetings.
- Data and reporting might include updating reports, checking information for accuracy, producing simple summaries, and helping managers understand key admin or operational information.
