Role: Front-End Engineer within Quant / Research
Location: London (Hybrid)
Comp: Up to £175,000 + exceptional guaranteed bonus + full package

What you will be working on:
- Building next-gen front-end systems powering real-time trading
- Crafting interactive dashboards and research tools with live insights and streaming data
- Working with the quants to turn complex models into intuitive, usable interfaces
- Developing high-performance UIs for large-scale datasets and real-time visualisations
- Bringing real-time ML insights to life
- Implementing real-time data streaming and WebSocket-powered interfaces for instant updates
- Applying modern React patterns, component architecture, and performance optimisations to mission-critical apps
- Shaping the future of trading interfaces, using the latest front-end tech to solve unique quant challenges
- Innovating!
Ideal background:
- Minimum 1 year+ experience with React/TypeScript/Next.js etc
- Ideally someone Python
- Solid CompSci fundamentals (degree ideal, but not essential)
- Passion for tech — meetups, side projects, blogs, etc.
- Personality!
