The role:

• My client is looking for a Senior Technical EPR Delivery Manager to join their team.
• You will have a wealth of experience working within the NHS, either NHS side or ideally from a vendor.
• You will be responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale EPR systems to NHS clients.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in matrix managing teams, can lead projects, and coordinate many parties efficiently.

Core responsibilities:

• Technical EPR Delivery for customers
• Ensuring project milestones are adhered to
• Efficiently managing multiple teams on EPR delivery
• Managing UAT processes
• Working closely with Project Managers to build and adjust the programme plan
• Liaising with the Clinical team, Configuration team and Solutions Architects
• Driving projects forward

Key skills required:

• Extensive experience in delivering EPR projects, managing multiple teams in complex environments
• Extensive People Management experience
• Solid understanding of Clinical applications and the EPR ecosystem
• Ideally, experience from an EPR vendor
