Interim Payroll Advisor

Are you an experienced Payroll professional with deep Workday expertise? We’re supporting a growing organisation undergoing systems and process transformation and are seeking an Interim Payroll Advisor to join the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Optimising and configuring payroll processes within Workday, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues between HR, Finance, and systems teams.
  • Improving ways of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Supporting payroll across a complex, multi-entity organisation.
  • The ideal candidate:
  • Strong payroll experience in multi-entity organisations.
  • Hands-on Workday knowledge – including workflows, data flows, integrations, and configuration.
  • Comfortable navigating change and transformation projects.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to improving processes.
