URGENT CONTRACT ROLE – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Business Analyst We are working with a leading organisation that is looking to hire an Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Business Analyst to support a critical SAP SuccessFactors payroll programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll specialist to play a key role in delivering and optimising payroll and HR solutions across UK & Ireland populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse payroll and HR business requirements and translate into functional solutions
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & EC Payroll configuration and optimisation
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders
  • Lead functional testing (UAT, integration, validation) and support defect resolution
  • Ensure payroll processes meet UK & ROI legislative and compliance requirements
  • Support data migration, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs
  • Collaborate with vendors and system integrators during delivery

Experience Required

  • 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst in payroll or HR systems
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
  • Understanding of wage types, schemas, payroll rules, and compliance
  • Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, or migrations
  • Knowledge of UK & Ireland payroll legislation
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills
