Interim Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors
HW Interim Solutions are supporting a major organisation to appoint an Interim SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead a critical in flight implementation.
This role sits within Technology, but operates across three key stakeholder groups: HR / People Function, Finance & Payroll & Technology. You will be the conduit between these functions ensuring a successful rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of SAP SuccessFactors implementation, driving delivery to completion
- Act as the bridge between HR, Finance/Payroll and Technology, ensuring alignment of priorities and decisions
- Partner closely with HR leadership and People Managers to ensure the solution meets operational and employee needs
- Work with Finance & Payroll stakeholders to ensure payroll integrity, compliance and successful parallel runs
- Manage the systems integrator ensuring accountability for delivery and quality
- Lead governance across RAID, financials, reporting and SteerCo engagement
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT) and cutover
- Ensure business readiness, adoption and training across HR teams and the wider organisation
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central + Payroll ideally)
- Strong track record working across HR, Finance/Payroll and Technology stakeholders simultaneously
- Deep understanding of HR processes and how they translate into SuccessFactors
- Experience managing payroll integration and parallel runs
- Ability to operate in complex, multi stakeholder environments
- Experience taking over or working alongside large SIs
- Strong governance, reporting and exec level stakeholder management
This role is mainly remote, with some time on site required at key times.
