As Head of IT, you’ll lead the strategic evolution of the technology landscape—driving innovation, resilience, and scalability across both cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Strategy & Leadership - Define and deliver a 3-year IT roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders, aligning technology with business growth and sustainability goals.

- Digital & Cloud Transformation

Spearhead the migration to cloud-native platforms and modern digital infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.

- Budget Ownership

Manage IT budgets and investment planning, balancing innovation with cost efficiency.

- Agile & Change Management

Champion Agile methodologies and lead cultural change across diverse teams and business units.

- Vendor & Contract Oversight

Negotiate and manage third-party relationships, ensuring value, compliance, and performance.

- Process Design & Governance

Introduce structure and best practices into a dynamic, fast-moving environment—building systems that support long-term growth.

Ideal Profile

- Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles (e.g. Head of IT, IT Director, Senior IT Manager)

- Strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation projects

- Comfortable operating in unstructured environments and building from the ground up

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Passion for sustainability and innovation
