IAM Engineer (3-Month Contract)

A confidential financial institution is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This opportunity is ideal for someone immediately available and ready to make a significant impact in a hands-on, project-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Enhance IAM frameworks and workflows aligned with best practices (NIST, ISO, CIS).

- Act as the IAM expert on key projects, ensuring secure, scalable access design across hybrid environments.

- Drive implementation of identity lifecycle solutions, MFA/SSO, and access governance.

- Work with automation tools (e.g., Terraform) to streamline provisioning and reduce risk.

- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to address audit findings and maintain regulatory alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years’ experience in IAM roles, preferably within banking or financial services.

- Proven expertise with Azure AD, CyberArk, and IAM in hybrid cloud setups.

- Strong technical understanding of authentication, authorization (RBAC/ABAC), and privileged access controls.

- Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and integration of IAM platforms.

- Immediate availability and readiness to contribute from day one.
