What You’ll Own

- IT Strategy & Vision

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and deliver a bold 3-year technology roadmap aligned to business growth and sustainability goals.

- Cloud Transformation

Lead the evolution of the tech stack—modernising infrastructure, enabling scalability, and embedding cloud-first thinking.

- Agile & Change Leadership

Champion Agile ways of working and manage cultural change across diverse teams and third-party partners.

- Contract & Vendor Management

Own supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery against SLAs and commercial targets.

- Budgeting & Governance

Take full accountability for IT spend, forecasting, and value optimisation.

- Process Design & Implementation

Introduce structure where needed—building scalable systems and workflows from the ground up.

- Proven experience shaping IT strategy and delivering enterprise-level change

- Strong track record in contract negotiation and third-party management

- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms and digital transformation
