IT Operations Manager / IT Coordinator / IT Service Delivery Coordinator ITO / ITOM - £60,000
London, West End | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
An Engineering / Energy company is seeking an IT Operations Manager to join its London team on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office in the West End and 2 days working from home.
This is a hands-off management role, although a good general understanding of Office 365 and Azure would be useful.
You will ideally have experience in some of the following areas:
- Managing an outsourced IT service provider
- Coordinating BAU incidents, escalations, and service reporting
- Managing or working closely with internal IT teams across Europe and the US
- Reviewing and improving processes and SLAs
- Operating within structured IT service processes, including incident, change, and service reporting
- Running service reviews and ensuring service performance is monitored effectively
Package
- Fixed-term contract initially for 12 months
- Strong possibility of becoming permanent
- Salary: £60,000
This opportunity would suit someone with a solid IT background who has moved into IT management or IT service delivery, or someone with team leadership experience who is ready to step into an IT management role.
