Are you a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper looking for a new challenge? This is an opportunity to put your finance knowledge to use while developing new skills in software and technology.
We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to support users of accounting software. No previous software support experience is needed – just an understanding of finance, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers resolve software queries via phone, email and support tickets.
- Investigating issues and finding practical solutions.
- Guiding users through accounting processes and system functionality.
- Managing queries and escalating more complex issues where needed.
- Developing your software knowledge and technical skills.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a finance role, such as Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator, or relevant AAT studies.
- An understanding of accounting processes, including invoices, ledgers, payments or reconciliations.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A logical, organised approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence using IT systems and an interest in learning new technology.
Previous software support experience isn’t essential. Your finance knowledge and willingness to learn are what matter.
