As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of client projects while acting as a trusted partner throughout the implementation journey.
This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role that combines project management, delivery leadership, business analysis, and stakeholder management. You'll work closely with customers, internal product teams, and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with tangible business value.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be DoingAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of client delivery engagements from initiation through to successful implementation and adoption.
You will:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and project governanceWork directly with clients to understand business objectives, requirements, and desired outcomesFacilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear deliverables and user storiesManage project plans, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communicationsCoordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Quality, and client stakeholdersDrive project progress, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring delivery remains on trackOwn project reporting, providing clear visibility of status, risks, issues, and key decisionsSupport solution validation, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readinessEnsure successful deployment and transition into business-as-usual operationsBuild strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycleQualifications What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a delivery-focused professional who can balance client engagement, project leadership, and business analysis responsibilities.
You'll ideally bring: Experience managing software, technology, SaaS, or digital transformation projectsStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and defining business solutionsA structured approach to project planning, governance, and delivery managementThe ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and competing deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and commercial awarenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with both business and technical audiencesExperience operating within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environmentsDesirable ExperienceWhile not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be highly advantageous: Insurance, Insurtech, broking, underwriting, or financial services experienceSoftware implementation, platform deployment, or systems integration projectsProduct ownership, backlog management, or business analysis responsibilitiesAgile delivery methodologies and sprint planningAzure DevOps, Linear, Monday.com, or similar project and workflow management toolsUser acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and quality assurance processesData migration, reporting, analytics, or process improvement initiativesThe use of AI to facilitate project reporting, reduce delivery overhead or implementation time#LI-Hybrid
