Email Marketing Specialist

The Halcyon Fine Art Group is seeking an experienced Head of CRM who is well versed CRM and Project Management to lead this function across our group. As we embark on a broader digital transformation, this role is central to enhancing how we engage with our clients, streamline operations, and empower our marketing and sales teams.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience implementing CRM and marketing automation tools. You will be instrumental in analysing current systems and workflows, selecting the right platforms, and managing a successful implementations that meet the needs of our business and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Email tools, innovations and calendar.

• Drive CRM strategy and execution, including campaign automation, audience segmentation, and behavioural tracking

• Propose new methods for customer acquisition, retention, and growth, contributing to wider business objectives

• Evaluate existing CRM processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and recommending suitable CRM solutions

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new CRM platform across both businesses, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration with existing systems

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to maximise the client database

• Develop documentation and training materials to support staff onboarding and continued system use

• Provide regular reporting and performance insights to key stakeholders

• Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and best practices in CRM usage

Requirements:

• Retail, EComm and Luxury brand experience

• Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Dotdigital, or similar) from selection to rollout and optimisation

• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently

• Data-driven and analytical, with a focus on leveraging insights to drive engagement and customer value

• Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign execution, and customer lifecycle management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and train diverse teams

• Comfortable working in dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environments

• Experience in the art, luxury, or retail sectors is a plus
