Halian is currently recruiting for an experienced Application Support Engineer on a permanent basis on behalf of an innovative SaaS organisation.

You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of their software applications within client environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Application Support (1+ year)
• Experience working with Linux platforms including system configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and investigating issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Location: Bracknell/Onsite

Salary: up to £55K depending on experience
