D365 F&O Support Analyst (Finance Systems)
12 month contract
We’re looking for a hands-on D365 F&O Support Analyst to deliver support across finance applications and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support for D365 F&O modules, resolving issues in line with SLAs/KPIs
- Triage incidents and liaise with ISV partners
- Manage user access, security roles, and segregation of duties across finance systems
- Administer environments via LCS including DB refreshes and configuration
- Support end users with system queries, navigation, and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Run operational processes
- Manage integrations and Azure services
- Own incident management via ensuring timely resolution
What we’re looking for:
- D365 F&O support experience (ideally 2 years experience)
- Understanding of LCS, security, and environment management
- Experience with integrations, ISVs, and Azure services
- Proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder skills
