API Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between internal systems and external SaaS platforms.

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to identify integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring data consistency across platforms.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system connectivity.

Build and maintain API documentation, providing guidance on integration best practices.

Ensure all integrations meet compliance, security, and performance standards.

Work closely with SaaS vendors and partners to coordinate technical efforts.

Key Requirements: Essential: Strong expertise in digital engineering, CMS design and integration, cloud solutions, and data management.

2 years of experience in technical architecture design and IT development.

Familiarity with RESTful API design, OAuth2/API authentication, and workflow automation (Power Automate).

Understanding of cybersecurity and global compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and testing skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Experience with project management or Agile methodologies.

Desirable: Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, Java, C#, or Ruby.

Experience with Microsoft Cloud, AWS, cloud infrastructure, or Microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps/Functions, and Dataverse.

Experience with version control tools such as Git.
