Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer with strong skills in Node.js, React , and AWS cloud infrastructure .

Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices and user interfaces for our core payments platform.

Youll work in a cross-functional agile team alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver features that directly impact our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities: Develop backend microservices using Node.js (Express/Nest.js preferred) Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React.js Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality Collaborate on system design and architecture in a distributed AWS environment Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using AWS services (e.g., ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives Monitor and troubleshoot production systems; respond to incidents when needed Required Skills & Experience: 3 years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript Solid experience building frontend applications with React.js Experience with AWS (at least EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch) Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform or AWS CDK) Understanding of Agile methodologies and Git-based workflows Bachelors / Computer Science degree or equivalent Nice to Have: Experience in fintech, payments, or banking systems Exposure to serverless architecture Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS) Familiarity with security best practices in fintech (e.g., PCI DSS compliance) Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB This role offers a 2 -3 stage interview process with a 3 day a week in the office hybrid working pattern and 2 days at home.
