Replacing outdated legacy systems with intuitive, user-centric tools, they are improving how healthcare teams operate and ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.With multiple industry awards , major contracts secured, and a growing customer base, the company is entering a significant scale-up phase , targeting 350400 employees over the coming years.The Opportunity They are hiring two Senior Java Developers to play a key role in delivering long-term, high-impact projects while helping shape the future of the platform and wider engineering function.Youll join a high-performing team of 20+ engineers , working on a mix of greenfield and evolving systems , contributing across a full-stack, microservices architecture .This is more than just a coding role its an opportunity to build technology that directly improves lives .What Youll Be Doing Designing and developing scalable Java-based microservicesContributing to greenfield development and system architectureBuilding full-stack functionality (Java backend + JavaScripCollaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across the businessDriving best practices in CI/CD, testing, and software qualitySupporting delivery of long-term strategic projectsMentoring junior developers and contributing to team growthPlaying a role in shaping technical direction and engineering standardsKey Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience in JavaProven experience developing microservices architecturesSolid experience with SQL / relational databasesFrontend experience with JavaScriptExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesStrong understanding of software engineering principles and best practicesExperience working in Agile environmentsDesirable Experience Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platformsFamiliarity with Spring Boot or modern Java frameworksExperience working on SaaS platformsBackground in large-scale or regulated environmentsWhy Join?
