The Opportunity They are hiring two Senior Mobile Engineers to play a key role in delivering the next generation of their mobile healthcare platform while helping shape the future of their mobile engineering capability.

You'll join a high-performing team of 20+ engineers, working on innovative products used daily by healthcare professionals. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to both greenfield initiatives and the ongoing evolution of market-leading mobile applications across Android and iOS .This is more than just a development role. What You'll Be Doing

Designing, developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOSBuilding new features and functionality that enhance the clinician experienceContributing to mobile architecture, technical design and platform strategyCollaborating closely with Product, Engineering and stakeholders across the businessEnsuring applications deliver exceptional performance, reliability and securityDriving best practices in testing, CI/CD and mobile development standardsSupporting the delivery of long-term strategic projects and product innovationMentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growthPlaying a key role in shaping the mobile engineering roadmap and technical directionKey Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOSExperience with Kotlin, Swift, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose , or similar modern mobile technologiesUnderstanding of mobile application architecture and design patternsExperience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend servicesKnowledge of mobile testing frameworks and quality assurance practicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesStrong understanding of software engineering principles and best practicesExperience working in Agile development environmentsDesirable Experience Experience developing cross-platform applications using Flutter or React NativeExperience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platformsFamiliarity with healthcare, HealthTech or regulated environmentsExperience building and supporting enterprise-scale mobile applicationsKnowledge of mobile security best practices and offline-first application designWhy Join?
