DevOps Engineer – Reading/Hybrid - £85K + Competitive package

We are partners with a leading and innovative SaaS company who are looking to hire a skilled DevOps Engineer for a permanent role.

In this position, you will play a key role in managing their cloud-native systems, automating and optimising infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar position, preferably within a cloud-first, SaaS, or high-availability environment.
• Strong expertise with Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud, along with familiarity with cloud-native tools and services.
• Experience in DevOps within a Linux-based environment.
• Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Scripting experience (Python or Bash).
• Hands-on experience in managing large-scale MySQL database instances.

Location: Reading/Hybrid

Salary: Up to £85K, based on experience, plus bonus and private healthcare.
