Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 8:30am–4:30pm

About the Role

As a Technical Applications Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between sales, production, and customers, ensuring orders are technically accurate, commercially viable, and delivered efficiently. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to multiple departments, a chance to work with complex products, and clear pathways for career progression into Applications Engineering.

Main responsibilities

• Review incoming customer orders for technical accuracy and commercial viability
• Support creation of technical proposals, drawings, and cost calculations
• Upload detailed order information into internal systems and issue confirmations
• Liaise with customers to resolve queries and secure drawing approvals
• Provide documentation and support to production, testing, and compliance teams
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, product guides, and workflows
• Participate in hands-on product testing where required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Key requirements

• 1–3 years’ commercial experience in a technical, applications, internal support, or similar role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Excel and IT systems; experience with CRM systems advantageous
• Degree in Engineering, Technical, or STEM-related field preferred
• Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn with a focus on career progression
