Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work across our vibrant organisation.

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Duration: Permanent

What You’ll Do:

Partnering the business area to map out ‘As-is’ and ‘future state’ processes, addressing business problems and identifying areas of improvement
Produce requirements documentation of what is required to achieve success measures identified for all changes
Facilitate the solution design with other IT colleagues and external vendors
Formulate project plans, monitor & report progresses, issues and actions
Development of rigorous test plans and scripts with users, customers and vendors.
Carry out end user-training that is required as a result of a normal change request or larger project implementation
Develop and maintain a network of relationships within business partnering areas to keep informed and up to date on business developments

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience working in a business analysis or change & improvement function within Housing Management and working across a diverse range of functional areas
Has good customer service and communication skills (internal and external) demonstrating understanding and support whilst handling/resolving difficult situations or conflict
Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner whilst monitoring data, identifying trends, problem solving and escalating where needed
Can manage core systems and balance conflicting priorities to achieve key project milestones, performance indicators, targets and outcomes
