The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, building relationships and introducing a solution that adds real value to hospitality businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers within the hospitality sector
- Proactively reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM systems
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges
- Qualify opportunities and present tailored solutions
- Book and deliver product demos
- Close deals with independent operators and small groups
- Support senior team members with proposals and client meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Assist with onboarding and customer communications
- Attend industry events and stay up to date with market trends
What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Ideally experience within hospitality, leisure, SAAS or a related sector
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Comfortable working remotely in a performance-focused environment
