As an Account Director, you’ll take ownership of driving new logo acquisition, building senior stakeholder relationships, and positioning a broad portfolio of technology solutions. You’ll work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design customer-centric solutions that create genuine business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying, targeting, and winning new logo business
  • Building and executing strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
  • Engaging C-level and IT decision-makers
  • Collaborating with solutions architects and technical teams to shape compelling proposals
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and managing contracts
  • Delivering accurate forecasting and contributing to wider team revenue targets

What We’re Looking or

  • Proven track record of winning new business in IT / technology services
  • Strong hunter mentality with consistent target achievement
  • Experience selling connectivity, cloud, security, unified communications, or managed services
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation capability
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Package

  • ÂŁ75,000 basic salary
  • Great commission structure – can make over double OTE
