What We’re Looking For
We’re open to any experience within BMS controls, whether it’s maintenance, servicing, health checks, or software integration. If you’ve worked with BMS systems in any capacity, we want to hear from you.
Multiple positions are available across various experience levels, so don’t hesitate to apply.
The Role
You’ll join a technically strong, supportive engineering team, servicing modern, high-spec buildings in and around London. This is a home-to-site role — with almost no office time required, where flexibility, initiative, and a high standard of service are key.
You’ll be working on:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on BMS equipment

Reactive call-outs and diagnostics

Small works and BMS upgrades

Control systems such as Tridium, Trend, Schneider, Distech, Delta, and Centraline
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and solving problems in the field.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and service a wide range of BMS control systems (Tridium, Trend, Schneider, Distech, etc.)

Attend to reactive faults and client issues

Carry out small BMS projects and system upgrades

Perform diagnostics and optimise system performance

Maintain detailed service reports and documentation

Participate in the call-out rota (primary & secondary)

Collaborate with contractors and other engineers for project delivery
