Contract: L2 Intune & Packaging SME - 5 days on site in Leiston - Initial 4 months
Role Overview
In this role, you will manage and optimise Microsoft Intune environments, supporting device enrolment, application packaging, compliance, and endpoint security across enterprise tablet and mobile deployments. Working closely with infrastructure and security teams, you will ensure secure, efficient, and scalable endpoint management while driving process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
- Design, package, test, and deploy applications using Intune across enterprise endpoint and tablet environments.
- Manage MDM/MAM policies to ensure secure and compliant device management.
- Monitor device health, compliance, and performance, resolving endpoint and application deployment issues.
- Implement Conditional Access policies and collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance.
- Optimise Intune policies, automation, and endpoint management processes.
- Support the full device life cycle, including provisioning, updates, and decommissioning.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge articles.
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Proven experience with application packaging and deployment, including Win32, LOB applications, and MSIX.
- Strong understanding of MDM/MAM, Conditional Access, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
- Experience managing enterprise iOS, Android, and Windows device environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint management and application deployment.
- Experience with SCCM co-management, PowerShell Scripting, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is advantageous.
Contract Details
- Duration: Initial 4 months
- Location: Leiston (100% onsite)
- Rate: £400 per day (inside of IR35)
- Clearance: Active transferable SC Clearance required.
