Job Title : BI Data Analyst

An expanding broadband provider is seeking a BI Data Analyst to help turn complex data into actionable insights. Reporting to the BI Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping reporting views, ensuring accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain internal and external reports.

Use Excel, Power BI, Superset, and SQL to analyse and validate data.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality of datasets, highlighting and fixing discrepancies.

Work closely with departments to meet reporting needs and deadlines.

Contribute to system upgrades and ensure reporting data is fit for purpose.

Produce dashboards, trends, and KPIs to support decision-making.

Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.

Drive continuous improvement and explore opportunities for automation.

Skills / Must have:

Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Experience in analysing and interpreting large datasets.

Ability to identify trends and communicate insights clearly.

High attention to detail and data quality.

Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

36k-42k (Depending on Experience)
