Dynamics 365 Developer - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Onsite (Luton)

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service/CCaaS Developer to support a large-scale customer service transformation programme.

In this role, you will design, build, customise, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) capabilities, supporting the rollout of new features and customer engagement solutions within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel solutions
  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and PCF controls using C# and .NET
  • Support CCaaS functionality and customer contact centre integrations
  • Develop solutions using Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot Studio
  • Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
  • Build and support reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore delivery teams across the wider programme

Key Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
  • Experience with D365 Contact Centre/CCaaS solutions
  • Strong Power Platform development skills
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
  • Experience with Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio for chatbot and voice solutions
  • Strong C# (.NET) and JavaScript development skills
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD experience
  • Experience with Azure Communication Services and Power BI reporting
