Job Title: IT System Engineer

We’re hiring on behalf of a well-regarded client in the High frequency trading industry, looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with a strong technical mindset and a desire to grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working with end users, and being involved in a broad mix of support and infrastructure-focused projects.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality support across desktops, applications, and hardware, while also playing a role in ongoing IT projects. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment that values initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning.

Key requirements:

• Solid troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, and desktop environments
• Familiarity with Windows OS & Linux OS, Active Directory, remote support, and ticketing systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
