£26,000 – £32,000 per annum + Paid Overtime

A growing managed hosting provider is looking for a proactive 1st Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their close-knit, technically strong team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills across 1st to 3rd line support and get real exposure to core infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting environments built on Windows Server, AD, Exchange, RDS & Hyper-V
• Handling support queries (1st–3rd line) via phone, email & ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting network issues (DNS, VPNs, VLANs, Firewalls)
• Maintaining backup & disaster recovery systems
• Assisting with customer infrastructure projects & upgrades
• Visiting data centres when needed (with paid overtime)

What You’ll Need:

• General IT support experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on, technical environment
