Infrastructure Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line)

Nutfield, Surrey | Office-Based

£35,000 – £43,000 per annum + Paid Overtime

We’re hiring! A growing managed hosting provider is looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to join their close-knit, technically sharp team.

This is far more than a ticket-resolving role—you’ll be directly involved in shaping infrastructure, delivering projects, and working closely with customers to deliver real value.

️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting Microsoft environments (Windows Server, AD, RDS, Exchange, Hyper-V)
• Handling 1st–3rd line support queries across multiple platforms
• Troubleshooting firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs & more
• Managing backup & disaster recovery systems
• Delivering client infrastructure projects and upgrades
• Occasional travel to UK data centres (expenses paid)

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Hands-on experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, and M365
• A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Ideally, experience in an MSP or fast-paced support environment
