Title: Infrastructure Support Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £60,000 basic salary + bonus

You’ll be part of a high-performing Information technology team, supporting cutting-edge infrastructure across desktops, servers, networks, and enterprise applications, while driving automation and continuous improvement.

You will own the IT environment whilst working as part of a wider experienced Infrastructure team.

What you’ll be doing

Provide on-site support in Bristol and remote support across European offices

Support and maintain core systems (Microsoft 365, Slack, Active Directory, Jira, etc.)

Participate in wider IT projects

Provide Network Support

Troubleshoot across desktops, servers, AD/Entra ID, and hardware

Build automation solutions (PowerShell/Python) for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring

Requirements

Windows & Linux exposure

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Entra ID (Intune, Exchange, Teams, etc.)

Solid PowerShell scripting skills

Experience with SCCM / Intune

Network Fundamentals
