JML Consultant - 6 months - Hybrid in Wokingham - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced JML Consultant to join our team on a Full time basis, working 3 days per week on-site in Wokingham and 2 days remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and scalable Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) solutions, integrating HR systems and IAM platforms, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights through reporting and dashboards. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, governance, and efficiency across the employee access life cycle while engaging with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrating HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow HRSD) with IAM platforms to manage user access securely.
• Guiding development teams, ensuring scalability, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Automate workflows and processes to streamline joiner, mover, and leaver life cycle management.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and monitoring tools to provide visibility into access controls, compliance, and user activity.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, secure, and scalable technical solutions.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• Strong expertise in JML processes, HRSD, ServiceNow, and Workday integration.
• Proven solution architecture and system integration experience with APIs, data flows, and IAM.
• Familiarity with AI/automation technologies (eg, OpenAI) to enhance workflows and decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
• Experience with dashboards, monitoring, reporting, and compliance frameworks in user life cycle management.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (view to extend)
• Day Rate: Up to £525 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location:5 days a week in Wokingham
• Start Date: ASAP
