  • Adhere to ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of infrastructure services and operational practices.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Linux systems administration and a genuine interest in infrastructure technologies. They will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage competing priorities in a customer-focused environment.

  • Practical experience of Linux server administration (Ubuntu preferred, but all distributions considered).
  • Familiarity with virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
  • Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for occasional travel to customer sites and data centres).
