Network Support Engineer - £132k

Responsibilities:
• Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and results.
• Deliver actionable product feedback and insights to engineering teams, shaping the next generation of networking technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across routing, switching, security, and wireless networks.
• Manage and support large-scale enterprise customer environments, primarily remotely.
• Identify, document, and escalate product bugs with precise reproduction steps.
• Produce and maintain clear documentation, knowledge base content, and feature requests.
• Mentor peers, improve internal processes, and contribute to technical excellence across the organisation.
Skills / Must Have:
• Strong all-round networking expertise - Routing, Switching, Security, and Wireless.
• Fluent across WAN/LAN, DNS, and network performance fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting complex enterprise environments.
• Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Calm under pressure, thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and process improvement mindset.
