We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M/CC&B Functional Consultant to support delivery and ongoing enhancement of solutions for a UK-based utilities client. The role involves working across project delivery and support, contributing to functional design, stakeholder engagement, and testing within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver project workstreams and production support activities within Oracle Utilities platforms
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional guidance
• Make informed functional design decisions aligned to client needs and platform capabilities
• Support and execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Analyse and troubleshoot functional issues across C2M/CC&B/MDM environments
• Ensure alignment between business processes and system configurations
• Document functional specifications and solution designs
• Support integration efforts between C2M, CC&B, and MDM systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and support processes

Must-Have Experience

• Strong functional experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, and/or MDM
• Knowledge of key functional areas: customer service, billing, payments, and meter data management
• Understanding of Oracle Utilities Integration (OUI) framework and system integrations
• Experience across modules such as billing, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, and new connections
• Hands-on experience with configuration tools: Business Objects (BO), Maintenance Objects (MO), UI Maps, Business Scripts, Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, and Portals

• Day Rate: £510 per day
• Length: 6 months (extension potential)
