Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) & Analytics Lead to deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including environment setup, data ingestion, semantic modelling, deployment of Oracle out-of-the-box (OOTB) analytics, custom dashboard development, and embedding analytics into Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) environment configuration and governance.
  • Configure and manage data ingestion from Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.
  • Develop and extend FDI semantic models.
  • Deploy and optimise Oracle OOTB analytics and dashboards.
  • Design and build custom dashboards, reports and KPIs using Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Embed analytics within Oracle Fusion transactional screens.
  • Optimise performance, data refresh schedules and data quality.
  • Implement reporting security and governance.
  • Gather business reporting requirements and work closely with stakeholders.
  • Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years' experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle FDI.
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) development experience.
  • Experience configuring FDI environments and data pipelines.
  • Integration experience with Oracle Fusion and third-party data sources.
  • Strong data modelling and ETL/ELT knowledge.
  • Experience deploying and customising Oracle OOTB analytics.
  • Advanced dashboard, reporting and KPI development.
  • Experience embedding analytics within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent integration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and reporting security.

Desirable

  • Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM or Procurement experience.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications.
  • Experience delivering enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience acting as the Reporting & Analytics SME.
  • Able to work independently within a remote delivery team.
