The Role

From day one, you will complete our 12-week training programme, combining hands on learning with 1-1 mentoring and daily coaching. Our development programme has helped 78% of consultants earn a promotion within their first five months.

What You’ll Be Doing.

• Sourcing and engaging talent across networking, cybersecurity and technology markets
• Creating and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
• You will have the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement from day 1.
• Marketing job adverts and candidate profiles
• Build your own specialist market within our niche sectors with the opportunity to grow out your team in the long term.

• £26,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£45,000).
