Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Coach: Mentor the SDR team on best-in-class prospecting strategies to consistently drive high-quality meetings. 🎯
• Convert MQLs: Nurture marketing-generated leads and transform them into qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Strategic Outreach: Own multi-channel outreach (phone/email/LinkedIn) and profile key accounts to open new business cycles. 📞
• Accountability: Ensure accurate lead and activity tracking is maintained in Salesforce.com .

Essential Skills and Experience

• 1+ year of successful SDR experience , preferably within IT / Managed Services .
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with an energetic phone presence.
• Proven experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM application.
• A strong desire and aptitude to move into a people leadership position (prior team leader experience is highly desirable).
